2024 FIDEM Estate Reserve Chardonnay
FIDEM (fee-DEM) is our estate reserve chardonnay, from blocks F and E, the oldest blocks on the property, planted in 1988. In Spanish, F + E spells 'fe', meaning faith in English, and Fidem in Latin, a representation of our farming and winemaking philosophies: faith in the grapes and vineyard, faith in the winemaker, and faith in those who share our story.
